    Let us know your event date, type and location , along with your design preferences. We will discuss if it aligns within our capabilities.

    Please note that booking dates are not locked in until a booking fee is paid. This fee is non-refundable and will go towards your final payment.

  • If you entrust us with your event, we require a booking fee of $65.

    This fee will secure your date, include a mock up (if applicable) and go towards your final payment! This fee not only guarantees our availability but also covers the time and effort we invest in preparing documents, plans, and designs to ensure your event is a seamless and memorable one.

    This fee is non-refundable and will go towards your final payment.

  • Yes!

    To proceed with our services, we do require a deposit. Failure to make the deposit will result in the cancellation of the booking date, and all payments made will be forfeited. However, if you require more time to make the payment, kindly inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • As we are a small business, we only take a limited number of bookings. We recommend making a booking ideally 2-3 months in advance.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change, and last-minute events can arise. Contact us ASAP! We consider last-minute bookings are those made within two weeks of the event. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our absolute best to accommodate.

    Please note that fees apply to last-minute bookings.

  • Get in contact with us! The cost depends on various factors, including the location and design preferences. Therefore, we do not provide a quote without a thorough consultation. This allows us to gather all the necessary details and gain an understanding of your vision, ensuring that we provide you with an accurate and transparent cost estimate.

  • Depending on the design, set up can vary from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Please let us know if you require a specific set up time prior to your event. That way we can accommodate to your event!

  • We absolutely do! Studio Imin has partnered with Terracycle to offer our clients a more eco-friendly way to celebrate! All the balloons we use are recyclable! We take care of the recycling process and do not charge our clients for this service.

    Please inform us whether you prefer to have your balloons recycled or if you wish to keep them as a memento of your special occasion.
